Due to the limited and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your order! Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and any damage or error

Pre-Orders
Some items may be available for pre-order. These items are not currently in stock and are made or sourced specifically for you after purchase.
Pre-orders typically take 1–3 weeks to process and ship. Please note:

• Delays may occasionally occur due to production or supplier timelines
• Pre-order items cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once purchased
• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are ready
